The aim of medium occupation education is to train the skilled workers and service personnel for the production and service line. The goal of talent training mode determines the construction of campus culture which must be centered on the vocational students’ internal demand growth. It needs to build students cultural characteristics based on the students’ employment. In recent years, the teaching of the students’skills in medium occupation schools training enhance. But along with the social change and development, corporate demand for talent also will show a new trend, in addition to which occupation morality has become another important measure of talent ability besides enterprise standard. It’s a new subject in front of the school how to cultivate business skills, dedication and other modern occupation quality of skilled personnel. This task requires the school occupation literacy training in both the position and the classroom education. Take a variety of ways to maximize the construction of enterprise culture in the construction of campus culture, the enterprise culture combine with the teaching activities which can gradually narrow the distance between campus culture and enterprise culture.This paper makes a survey on the situation of cooperation between schools and enterprises of Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School. The school enterprise culture between the secondary vocational school achieved certain results. Then, the paper points out the existing problems in Wuhan Supply and Marketing Business School. The students lack the consciousness of occupation, occupation spirit, occupation standard consciousness and awareness of learning. The results of the investigation on evaluation of the school-enterprise-cooperation show that the docking is inefficient, occupation accomplishment is low, the integration of the vocational enterprise culture into school is a simple imitation. The causes of these problems are not only the difference of docking concept between campus culture and enterprise culture, but also the indistinct of the obligation and responsibility sharing. This paper finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve the culture docking between vocational schools and enterprises:the establishment of long-term mechanism of college enterprise cooperation which including the establishment of school enterprise cooperation platform for the financial support mechanism and the construction of enterprise culture docking; establishment of enterprise culture integration concept, including emphasis on the occupation literacy training concept, pay attention to enterprise culture construction practice and experience of the concept of enterprise; cultural integration of the system and material support and implementation of the teaching reform of school enterprise cultural fusion.
