Nowadays,China's economy is constantly developing,people's living standards are constantly improving,people's ideology is also constantly changing,people have a new standard of judgment on the quality of life,and they believe that consumption for health is a new era to improve the quality of life.A fashion,people's awareness of participating in sports has gradually increased.In the early 1980 s,after the introduction of mountain outdoor sports in China,it developed very quickly and was welcomed by the masses.It has become one of the favorite sports in people's free time.The Great Qinling Mountain(Ningshan)Cross Country Challenge China successfully held eight sessions with its unique geographical conditions,rich and diverse natural resources and beautiful natural landscapes,but is still in its infancy.If this event is to move forward better,raise the level of the event,and become an international event,it is necessary to carefully design the venue and route of the game,and combine the most attractive natural resources,natural landscapes and human landscapes of the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains and Ningshan County Together,explore the road that suits you,create your own characteristics,and design your own unique,attractive,ornamental and challenging competition route.This study takes China · Qinling(Ningshan)mountain cross-country challenge competition route design as the research object,using the literature method,survey method(field inspection method,interview method),case analysis method and mathematical statistics method to 1 to 8 The route design,route design features,advantages and disadvantages of route design of the current China · Daqinling(Ningshan)Mountain Cross Country Challenge were analyzed,and the following conclusions were reached: 1.The events designed for the competition are different each year.The route design is chaotic;there is no fixed competition mode;the span of the competition period is large and short.2.The characteristics of the course route design are: the route passes through historical sites;the route covers multiple scenic spots with wide coverage;the route is beautiful in nature and the forest coverage is high;some routes have free and selective event co-organizers,Lack of implementation.3.The advantages of route design: the route runs through the major scenic spots to promote thedevelopment of tourism in Ningshan County;the route reasonably uses the diverse natural resources of Ningshan County;the route cleverly passes through historical sites;the route covers a wide area and is highly experiential;suitable for The routes of different people have promoted the development of national fitness;the altitude of the routes is small,and the road surface is smooth.4.Disadvantages of route design: The scenic area environment is polluted and the natural environment is damaged;there are hidden safety hazards in the competition route;the route design is limited by the area and the road surface is too narrow;the competition project routes are fragmented.According to the analyzed problems,the following four countermeasures are proposed:1.Adhering to the guidelines for developing outdoor sports in mountains;2.Project development and route design to achieve harmonious development between humans and nature;3.High-risk road sections or regional installations and Build protective devices;4.Do a good job of development based on geographical features;5.Learn from domestic successful experiences.According to the research and analysis of the full text,in order to further promote the development of the China · Qinling(Ningshan)Mountain Cross Country Challenge,I have put forward the following five suggestions:1.Strengthen planning and construction efforts,improve infrastructure construction,and increase guarantee capabilities;2.Improve safety assurance measures;3.Highlight route design features and take advantage of geographic and resource advantages;4.Design tournament routes with prominent themes in combination with the theme 5.Reasonable arrangement of projects,scientific design of routes,and extension of the competition period;6.Further increase the importance of the government and various co-organizers.
