| With the rapid development of Chinese education in Cambodia in recent years,the author found that there are common misbehaviors in primary and middle school classes during the one academic year of teaching practice in Cambodia,which have affected the quality of Chinese teaching seriously.The article mainly studies the types of common misbehaviors in Cambodian Chinese classrooms,the causes of misbehaviors,the attitudes of three types of teachers on misbehaviors and what strategies can be adopted to alleviate or solve these problem behaviors.In order to solve the above problems,this article mainly uses questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method,action research method and interview method.It is found that the common problems in Chinese classroom are the students' lateness,absence,speaking at will in class,trance,lack of initiative and learning attitude,etc.The management mode and concept of three kinds of teachers in Chinese school are compared and analyzed from the aspects of students,teachers and other perspectives such as teaching materials and social environment.According to the results presented in the questionnaire survey and classroom observation,the article makes the action research,which was divided into three rounds.Every round includes the finding of problems,formulating action plans,implementing plans,observing,collecting data and reflection.Finally,it makes recommendations for the Cambodian Chinese school teachers and managers which are based on the results of action research combined with the current situation and reflection.From the perspective of school,the actual situation of students should be considered,the existing training model should be improved,and the requirements for passing grades should be flexible to promote the overall development of students;From the perspective of teachers,teachers need to improve their teaching method to stimulate students interest in learning,strengthen their own qualities,enhance their personality charm,meet the students' needs,improve students' self-management capabilities,enhance communication with students,and create a harmonious class atmosphere.Chinese classroom is the most basic way for students to learn Chinese,and the author hopes to contribute to improving the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage through the discussion and study of classroom misbehaviors. |
