As an important part of campus service facilities, the guidance system assists in the transfer of good information between school personnel and the campus environment. However, most of the colleges and universities use the traditional guide sign system, which can no longer satisfy the user's pathfinding experience in the campus environment. At the same time, with the popularization of new technologies such as 5G,AI and big data, the intelligent and multi-sensory experience of the guidance system has developed into an interactive guidance system with the help of the concept of digital interaction.Interactive guidance systems are different from static guidance systems. In previous studies, dynamic visual presentations were generally found to be better than static visual presentations. However, there was no analysis of sensory perception differences in interactive guidance systems. To this end, this study takes the sensory perception in the interactive guidance system as the research object, collects the physiological data of the subjects with the help of a physiological multi-guide instrument, and quantitatively analyzes the visual perception, auditory perception and the dual sensory coexistence of visual perception and auditory perception Perceive the differences between the three, and the impact of gender on them, and discuss and analyze the results in conjunction with user interviews. The results show that dual sensory perception is significantly better than visual perception and auditory perception, male students 'auditory perception is superior to visual perception and dual sensory perception;female students' bi-sensory sensory perception is superior to visual perception and auditory perception. In addition, there is a significant difference in perception between male and female students.Male students have better visual perception and dual sensory perception, and female students have better hearing perception. In addition, because of the variousness and complicacy of the environment, the factors that affect the user experience of the interactive guidance system also tend to be complex. In the design process, designers often appear to be unable to accurately grasp a design focus due to too many user needs.By referring to the structural equation model(SEM)and taking the five elements of user experience(UX)as the theoretical basis, the influencing factors of the user experience of the campus interactive guidance system are divided into four dimensions: functional layer, framework layer, presentation layer and user layer.Establish evaluation indicators, quantitatively reflect the impact of four factors on their satisfaction through questionnaire surveys and Amos analysis. The results show that the influence of various factors on satisfaction is the function layer, framework layer, presentation layer and user layer in order. In the functional layer,we should first focus on the privacy security, personalized needs and functional accuracy of the interactive public guidance system;in the framework layer,we should first updatethe timeliness of the interactive public guidance system information update and the real-time propagation of the system Sexual and multi-sensory channel experience;the presentation layer should first pay attention to the information content connotation, product modeling and color matching of the interactive public guidance system;the user layer should first pay attention to the interactive public guidance system's cognitive style, emotion and gender. This study analyzes the differences in sensory perception in the guidance system based on physiological signals and prioritizes the design elements of the campus interactive guidance system based on the structural equation model to provide a more optimized solution for the campus interactive guidance system user experience.
