A Study On The Satisfaction Of Health Needs Of Senior Knowledge Seniors And The Path Of Social Work Intervention

The intensification of China's population aging problem has brought many social problems,and health problems are one of them.Good health status plays a vital role in the elderly's happy life in their later years.At present,most people's conventional thinking is that health means that the body is not sick,but it is not true.Health includes physical,psychological,and social health.The three are in a good balance to become healthy.Senior knowledge seniors are a special and representative category of the elderly group.As the leaders of the elderly group,they are more sensitive to the social development process,they have a higher education and economic level,and have the ability of accepting new things,even if retired,they has a certain social value.In fact,healthy senior knowledge seniors have a positive effect both for themselves and for families and society.Compared with ordinary elderly people,different living environments and their own lifestyles lead them to have special needs for health,and the health needs of senior knowledge seniors are also representative.This paper through a three-month internship in the retired office of L colleges,fully collected relevant information,using questionnaires,interviews,observation methods,from the three levels of physical,psychological,and social aspects of the health status of senior knowledge seniors in L colleges and The health needs are investigated and compared,and the health needs of senior knowledge seniors and ordinary seniors are compared,and the special needs of senior knowledge seniors' health needs are found.From the view of physiological,senior knowledge seniors need services such as family doctors,accompanying doctors,and rehabilitation care.They have higher requirements for professional services and are willing to pay for professional services;from the view of psychological,senior knowledge seniors have much higher needs for psychological counseling,psychological counseling,spiritual comfort,and door-to-door chat with ordinary seniors.This shows that their psychological health status is not so optimistic;from a social perspective,senior knowledge seniors are more desire to continue self-worth and promote interpersonal communication.In short,senior knowledge seniors have personalized,diverse and complex health needs.This paper analyzes the reasons for the unmet health needs of senior knowledge seniors in L colleges.From the standpoint of social work,the problem of low satisfaction of senior knowledge seniors' health needs is explored first,and the necessity and feasibility of social work involvement are first explored.On this basis,according to the characteristics of senior knowledge seniors' health needs in L colleges,the intervention path and methods of social work are designed.
