Construction Of Campus Security Ecology In Colleges And Universities

As an important part of national security governance,the traditional college security prevention and control system integrating civil air defense,physical defense and technical defense is inadequate in dealing with the daily work of college security governance.The single and isolated security governance model of colleges and universities can not effectively adapt to the change of the current security situation of colleges and universities.Campus security work in colleges and universities should change the governance thinking,reflect on the shortcomings of traditional thinking and means of security governance in colleges and universities,and establish a campus security ecosystem to improve the efficiency of security governance in colleges and universities.The construction of campus security ecosystem is aimed at maintaining the sustainable development of university security environment,and it has a selfadjusting and self-balancing operation mechanism.The construction of college security ecosystem is based on the system thinking of dynamics,wholeness and connection,breaks the shackles of traditional college security analysis thinking mode,innovatively reflects on the disharmonious factors in the system,and finds a way out in the interconnected subsystems.College campus security ecosystem covers people system,support system,exchange system,defense system,between each subsystem by set up a mechanism of early warning of digestion,risk factors,by looking for safety and risk factors for game balance,ensure the safety of the campus system improved the ability of self purification,self-improvement.Based on the current situation of college campus security,this paper puts forward the conception of constructing college campus security ecology,analyzes the characteristics of "security ecology" by discussing the similarities and differences between "security ecology" and "ecological security",and seeks the joint point of college security and ecosystem,so as to prove the feasibility of constructing college campus security ecosystem.Through analyzes the present situation of the ecological thinking ecological safety in colleges and universities,from "creatures" with the biological system input unbalanced,external risk resistance is weak,lack of security information exchange mechanism,safety culture construction is weak ecological rethinking of four aspects,tries to find out from inside the university campus safety system sticking point defects.College campus security of the ecological system with reference to the theory of ecology,system thinking mode,based on the overall and systematic point of view,from constructing the ecosystem safety within each subsystem risk identification mechanism,the construction of corresponding strategy is put forward,in order to enhance the system combined the ability of risk prevention,to seek the university security ecosystem the mode of the self adjusting and self balance.In order to explain the operation mechanism of campus security ecosystem in colleges and universities more vividly,the author illustrates the risk identification process of security ecosystem by taking campus loan crime in colleges and universities as an example.The construction of campus security ecosystem in colleges and universities should focus on the prevention of security risks in advance,which has important guiding significance for campus security management and prevention and control.
