A Study On The Current Situation Of Campus Security For Five-year Higher Vocational Students

In this study, a survey is conducted on the sense of campus security of five-year higher vocational college students in Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational College. In Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational College,680 students are selected successively, among which 80 are distributed with open questionnaires,100 are prediction objects and 500 are formal observation objects. This study adopts the interview and questionnaire methods, ant the test materials are self-made questionnaires, which are completed through exploratory factor analysis and verification analysis, and the reliability and validity of the test results is great. Following conclusions were made upon organization and analysis of investigation results:(1)Campus security questionnaire of five-year vocational college students includes four aspects, i.e. transportation security, food security, property security and protection security. The formal questionnaire of the five-year vocational college students'campus security has 25 topics, including 4 topics about transportation security,4 topics about food security,4 topics about property security,5 topics about protection security and 8 topics about students'evaluation on education and supervision of the college (2 topics for each aspect). With good reliability and validity, the questionnaire could be the measuring tool of five-year vocational college students' campus security.(2)The total score of students from Nanjing Engineering Vocational College in transportation security, food security, property security, protection security and campus security is above average, showing that students from Nanjing Engineering Vocational College are of high campus security.(3)The gender, grade, family location and major of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational College students affect their sense of campus security.
