H The Hu Xinyu incident has once again drawn great attention to the issue of campus safety,which includes not only student accommodation,campus access and campus environment,but also student emotions and behaviour.In order to prevent campus safety incidents,information on student accommodation,campus access,campus environment,student emotions and behaviour needs to be captured,processed and disseminated in a timely manner to achieve pre-emptive prevention and real-time disposal.It is therefore important to establish a unified management system for campus safety covering data collection,analysis and dissemination,and to realise a three-tier safety information system for students,parents and schools to eliminate safety hazards and ensure campus safety in a timely manner.Firstly,by comparing Huawei,Dahua and Haikang identification cameras,Haikang(model: DS-2CD7A46G0/IZHS)was selected as the sensorless security information collection device.By reasonably deploying the cameras,building a database service platform,making full use of the secondary development interface for the functions of Haikang cameras such as face recognition,emotion analysis,environmental monitoring recognition,behavioural photography and video recording,and combining with the We Chat The platform has developed a campus sensorless security management system that covers information on student accommodation,campus access,abnormal changes in the campus environment and information on students’ emotional changes,realising real-time communication,disposal,early warning and prevention of security information at the student,parent and school levels.In order to obtain more accurate information about students’ emotions,we propose a secondary expression analysis of multiple local areas such as forehead,eyebrows,eyes,nose,chin,etc.,and propose a masking facial expression recognition algorithm based on multiple local features to achieve comprehensive student emotion change and abnormal behaviour acquisition and analysis;finally,for the sensorless security system in the future,it will not only have the ability to collect,record and analyse security picture information from many cameras at the same time,but also combine with real-time security information recording and other functions to achieve Safety track information can be retrieved and restored for the purpose of the system’s high concurrency problem,proposed an improved weighted polling load balancing algorithm,and combined with database cache optimization technology and multi-threaded concurrency technology,the platform was optimized.The successful application of the campus sensorless security management system,which uses cameras to collect and analyse students’ behaviour in and out of school,real-time monitoring and early warning of the campus environment,as well as expression and behavioural analysis and early warning of students with depressive tendencies,not only integrates homecoming security management,campus access security,behavioural security and environmental security management,establishes a joint home-school management security system and efficiently safeguards campus security It also has a certain value in the promotion of campus security,and has certain significance for the sensorless security management of factories,enterprises and residential communities.
