China is a country with a large population and a powerful country in education.With the development of quality education,the requirements of the society for students are more and more comprehensive,and the learning pressure of junior high school students is more and more serious.In recent years,the national survey of students' physique and health shows that the physique of junior high school students is declining year by year,and the number of obese students is increasing year by year.The current physique state is not optimistic.There are many factors that lead to the decline of junior high school students' physique.All kinds of lessons lead to the lack of time for students to exercise.Junior high school is the key period of the student stage,and the first fork in life.With the rapid development of modern society,we should improve the physical quality of junior high school students,adopt various ways to promote junior high school students to participate in physical exercise,and promote the health of junior high school students is imminent.Therefore,how to effectively promote students to participate in physical exercise and cultivate students to have good sports habits is a problem worthy of concern for schools and parents.This paper mainly uses the methods of experiment,literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to understand the current situation of junior middle school students' participation in sports in No.19 Middle School of Fushun City,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of students' participation in sports,and applies the theory of cross theoretical model change stage to carry out experimental intervention in junior middle school students' sports participation behavior,as well as to improve junior middle school students To promote the development of good sports habits.The conclusions are as follows:(1)At this stage,the overall level of physical exercise behavior of junior high school students is low,most of the students are in the preparation stage.The physical exercise behavior of junior high school students is mainly manifested as follows: in the aspect of exercise motivation,the proportion of students participating in physical exercise due to "examination pressure" is the largest;in the aspect of sports project selection,the number of students participating in Aerobics activity is the largest;in the aspect of sports venue selection,half of the students will choose professional sports venues and school gymnasium for physical exercise;sports load On the one hand,the number of students who take part in sports for one hour to 1.5 hours is the largest,and the number of students who take part in sports for one tothree times a week is the largest,most of them will choose medium and small intensity exercises;on the sports form,the number of people who take part in sports together is the largest.(2)The results show that the students in the experimental group have improved their physical knowledge,self-efficacy,decision-making balance and physical exercise practice,especially the mastery of physical knowledge.There are obvious differences between the experimental group and the control group in the behavior stage of participating in the exercise.The number of students in the experimental group who participate in the physical exercise increases from the low-level stage to the high-level stage after the experimental intervention,especially in the preparation stage of the experimental intervention,most of the mathematics students are promoted to the high-level stage,and the number of students who can participate in the physical exercise consciously increases.Most of the students in the control group are in intention stage and preparation stage,and some of them return to the lower stage.It shows that the application of cross theory model in the intervention of junior middle school students' physical exercise behavior has a positive role,which can improve the level of junior middle school students' participation in physical exercise and help junior middle school students to form the habit of physical exercise.
