| In social life and study,interpersonal skill plays an important role.It has more profound significance for college students who are in a critical period towards the society.Good interpersonal relationship can help college students enhance their self-awareness,improve their ability to study and live,and cultivate good personality,which can promote their comprehensive development.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,such as irrational emotions,personal character,lack of interpersonal skills,and inability to adapt to the new university environment,many college students are currently in a difficult situation of poor communication,which seriously affects their study and life.It even causes physical and psychological problems,such as anxiety,insomnia and autism in college students.In recent years,because of the lack of interpersonal skills of college students,many colleges and universities have vicious stabbing incidents.Therefore,it is very important to help college students improve their interpersonal skills.At present,the ways to improve the interpersonal ability of college students are mainly class meeting and psychological consultation.The former is less professional and the latter has higher requirements on the expression ability of college students.However,the group work in social work has highlighted the professional role in the improvement of college students' interpersonal skills.Based on the review of existing literature,this study sorted out and analyzed the problems existing in the interpersonal communication of college students.Relying on the social workshop held by the author's college,this study targeted to recruit college students with the need to improve their interpersonal skills in L university,and designed and carried out six specialized group activities with clear themes.In group activities,Social Learning Theory and Cognitive Behavior Theory are used as the guidance,specific measures were taken to improve the interpersonal skills of team members by channeling the bad emotions,changing the deviant cognition and improving the interpersonal skills.Meanwhile,the actual role and positive factors of group work in the improvement of college students' interpersonal skills were explored and summarized in the activities and it provided a new way and a new research direction for the improvement of college students' interpersonal skills.After six period of group activities,through process evaluation and result evaluation,it shows that group work has certain positive effect on the improvement of college students' interpersonal skills.In the activity,the group members gradually became close,willed to actively share their thoughts and ideas in the group,and participated in the interaction.Through good interaction and communication and sharing,team members improved their deviant beliefs,improved their communication skills,and reached the group goal.Therefore,it proves that group work has positive effect on the improvement of college students' interpersonal skills.However,the involvement of group work in college students' interpersonal communication is still in its infancy,which needs more theoretical support and practical guidance. |
