Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Primary School Students' Labor Education In The New Era

Labor is the basic practical activity and way of existence of human beings,the basic way for human beings to create material world and spiritual civilization,and the most basic condition for human survival and development.Education is a comprehensive practical activity to develop human potential and improve human quality.Labor and education are closely linked,and there is no education without labor factors.Therefore,labor education does not exist in isolation,it is complementary and interrelated with moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education,and forms a modern talent training system to promote the all-round development of human beings.Based on the author's observation in D primary school,this study makes a thorough analysis of the current situation of primary school students' labor education.On the basis of referring to the relevant questionnaires,this questionnaire self-compiled "questionnaire on the current situation of primary school students' labor education "(parent volume)(teacher volume)(student volume),respectively from the three aspects of labor education cognition,labor education implementation status and labor education implementation effect.Adoption The investigation found that the labor education of primary school students in the new era has the problems of insufficient labor cognition and alienation of labor function;unscientific curriculum setting and insufficient number of class hours;single form of implementation and lack of interest in content;imperfect guarantee mechanism and absence of infrastructure.As a result of the above problems,the training of primary school students' labor education can not.Through analysis,the author thinks that the main reasons for the problems in the labor education of primary school students in the new era are the immersion of traditional culture,the unclear teaching objectives of labor education,the lack of professionalism in the construction of teachers,the shortage of corresponding resources in labor education,and the influence of social environment.To better implement the national education policy In order to improve the quality of primary school students and promote their physical and mental health,we suggest that,first of all,we should set up a correct concept of labor and correct the function of labor education;secondly,we should make clear the goal of labor education and improve the quality of labor education;thirdly,we should enrich the form of labor courses and strengthen the mutual penetration with subject content;secondly,we should broaden the way of implementing labor education and give full play to the function of educating people;finally,we should improve the mechanism of labor education security and promote the integration of resources.
