With the accelerating process of education reform and the deepening of new curriculum reform,the traditional class management mode which focuses on teachers' authority is no longer applicable to the Current Situation and Trend of contemporary education development,therefore,the self-management mode of Class proposed by front-line teachers and researchers has gained more attention and recognition.Self-management of the class is the internal requirement of realizing the overall education,the internal requirement of the professional growth of the head teacher,and the urgent need of the education reform of the senior high school.On the contrary,the "minefield" of the education reform of the senior high school,due to the reality of the examination system,the self-management mode of the class appeared the phenomenon of unacclimatized in the education stage of the senior high school,and most of them were reduced to the form and ended up with nothing,it goes against the true essence of the self-management of the class,and the implementation of the self-management of the class encounters difficulties.The author adopts literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and so on,taking M High School in Anhui province as an example to conduct an investigation,trying to find out the problems existing in the implementation of independent management of class in senior high schools,and then put forward improvement strategies on the basis of exploring the reasons.It is hoped that it can provide practical reference for the majority of front-line education workers,provide more theoretical research materials for education researchers,promote the development of independent management of classes,and promote the process of education reform in senior high schools.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the research origin,research significance,research summary and core concept of independent management of class in senior high schools.The second chapter is mainly through the design of research ideas and methods,to conduct the independent management investigation of senior high school classes,and elaborate the implementation process of the investigation.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of independent management of classes in senior high schools,mainly including three aspects: fewer classes implementing independent management,the tendency of formalism and the poor implementation effect.The fourth chapter further analyzes the reasons for the problems,the lack of evaluation system leads to the lack of implementation motivation;The fuzzy cognition of teachers and students leads to the superficial implementation;there are three reasons for the poor effect caused by the weak implementation ability of the head teacher and the students' self-management ability.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding improvement strategies aiming at the above reasons,specifically including: establishing relevant evaluation mechanism to stimulate the implementation motivation;Deepening the cognition of independent management and improving scientificity;cultivate the implementation ability of class teachers and students' independent management ability to enhance effectiveness.
