Class management is a dynamic process with organized and planned activities to achieve education goals with the participation of all the teachers and students combined with the actual, to determine the management measures, to control various resources and coordinate various relationships. Education researchers and education practitioners make related research mainly from the people-oriented, democratic management, self-management and put forward some concrete measures in order to promote high school class education activities and improve the efficiency of class management. The thesis provides with very good reference value. The author focuses on the research of S Senior High School in Shijiazhuang with class management present situation investigation, analysising existing problems and exploring the management strategies.The paper uses the method of literature to summarize about the present situation and strategy research of class management, in order to grasp newest research trends and identify the management actuality. The article uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the existing problems within class management in S Senior High School and to analysis the reasons. The thesis provides the reliable basis for class management strategies in order to solve practical problems. This paper explores the implementary strategy research on the basis of predecessors’ research and draws lessons from some ideas such as people oriented, full participation, self management, professional class teacher and so on. Then the article puts forward to manage students’ psychological and physiological development characteristics. The thesis advance a demand on promoting class management concept of full participation including the teachers and parents to strengthen exchanges and cooperation. This paper provides a reference for class management by establishing the atmosphere of democratic equality and paying attention to the strategy of students’ self management in class management.
