| China's "Regulations on the Work of Class Advisers in Primary and Secondary Schools" pointed out that "a teacher should receive pre-job training for the first time as a class adviser,and the school can only employ a teacher after meeting the selection criteria." The primary school education stage is the most important enlightenment period in life.The primary school teacher in charge is the teacher who has the longest contact time with primary school students and is most affected.The healthy growth of primary school students also needs good class groups as carriers,and even better class teachers as backing.Each school recognizes the importance of the head teacher,and each school will select the school's outstanding head teacher,county's outstanding head teacher,and city's outstanding head teacher in accordance with the "detailed rules for selecting outstanding head teachers" in each school year.the selection of the school's outstanding head teacher must be at the head teacher's post for a full year,the class they bring should be united and motivated,and the county's outstanding head teacher must be at the head teacher's post for a full five years and be awarded by the school district where they are located.The selection of outstanding class teachers in the city must have obtained excellent class teachers at or above the school level.The detailed selection rules for excellent class teachers at various levels have been issued,but the corresponding training mechanism for excellent class teachers in primary schools is not well matched.In this study,questionnaire method and interview method are adopted to select three excellent headteachers of primary schools in H county,city B as the investigation objects,and investigate the training mechanism of excellent headteachers of primary schools.The interview method is mainly a further supplement to the questionnaire survey results.The investigation found that the problems in the cultivation of excellent headteachers in primary schools of H county,city B were as follows: the headteachers in primary schools had a loose organizational structure;The professional knowledge structure of primary school teacher is narrow;The development of the teacher's professional ability in primary school is weak;Primary school headteachers lack professional management.The reasons for the problems in the training mechanism of excellent head teachers in H county primary schools in B city are as follows: 1.The class adviser troop construction lacks the specialized organization leadership;2.Lack of standardized management of Teacher Training;3.The selection of head teachers is too administrative;4.The teacher in charge of a class is not self-reflective enough.5.The teacher-in-charge's ability of innovation and cooperation is insufficient.Based on this,the author puts forward suggestions to improve the training mechanism of h county primary school excellent head teacher.Set up a Special Organization for management;2.Improve the teacher selection and incentive mechanism;3.Improve the system of evaluation and selection of head teachers;4.Enrich the learning style of the head teacher.5.Perfect the training path of excellent head teacher;6.Innovation in class management.With the self-development of the head teacher as the internal motivation,the school and the educational administration department as the external support conditions,to promote the outstanding head teacher in primary school to embark on the road of excellence.As a head teacher of primary school in H county,city B,the author hopes that this study will light the way forward for her to be. |
