The compulsory education system has been implemented in China for decades,but limited by the regional development level and educational resources,the education level and school running ability are also uneven,and the gap between different regions,different schools,urban and rural areas is obvious,especially the development of compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe is relatively backward.With the development of economy,the condition of national economy is better.The condition of compulsory education is not enough to meet the expectation and demand of the people.The uneven distribution of educational resources has become the focus of high social attention.With more and more attention recently,f development zone has made continuous innovation and attempt on the balanced work of compulsory education,which has achieved remarkable results and won the unanimous recognition of the society.However,with the change of the situation,in the promotion of balanced compulsory education,new social needs and various problems in the development also make f development zone face new challenges.How to solve these needs and improve related issues is worthy of attention.This paper takes the compulsory education school in the urban-rural fringe of f development zone as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the balanced development of the compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe,summarizes the existing problems and reasons,and then puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe.This paper combs the research status and theoretical basis at home and abroad,such as education equity and balanced development of compulsory education,analyzes whether the development of compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe of the Development Zone f is balanced,observes its current specific situation,determines the current situation of compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe of the development Zone F,and makes a detailed understanding and study of the effective measures taken,and then to a large number of students,teachers and families Based on the questionnaire survey and interview conducted by the public officials of the education department,the author analyzes the compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe of the Development Zone F.from the perspective of equity,there are some problems,such as unfair access to school in the urban-rural fringe,uneven distribution of educational resources in the urban-rural fringe,and unbalanced quality of education in the urban-rural fringe.From the perspective of efficiency,there are unbalanced financial investment,heavy tasks and high quality of in-service teachers The shortage of teachers and parents’ expectation of higher education are caused by the insufficient investment in education funds,the weakness of teachers’ Education in rural schools and the lack of high-level supervision and assessment system.Finally,according to the reasons that hinder the balanced development of compulsory education,based on the principles and objectives of the balanced development of compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe,this paper puts forward strategies to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in the urban-rural fringe,including: strengthening the basis of compulsory education,improving the quality of education and teaching,establishing the mechanism of sharing the resources of compulsory education,building the evaluation and supervision system of the balanced development of compulsory education,etc.
