Qualitative Research On Field Spectators' Normative Identification

Normative identification is the individual internal began to consciously perform norm behavior.The spectator is an indispensable part of the field,they directly influences the level of the normative identification within the field civilization degree.In other words,to create a civilized field environment is the key to make clear what is fundamentally normative identification.In this paper,on the basis of literature research,using the method of in-depth interviews and participatory observation at the scene of the CBA Taiyuan division to collect data,adopt the method of qualitative research on the data collected for analysis,to explore the concept,characteristics,types of field spectator normative identification.In the end,this paper discusses the influence factor,the process model and specific strategies to guide the spectator to form a reasonable behavior norm.To providing a strong theoretical basis and support for solving the increasingly serious problem of uncivilized field spectator.The results showed that:(1)Field spectator normative identification define to,an individual or group of spectators in the progress of watching match at a field,in terms of cognition,emotion and behavior,spectator support and recognize the existing rules,regulations and social morality in the field.It is the key to transform the field spectator from moral cognition to moral behavior.(2)Field spectator normative identification has the characteristics of dynamic,subjectivity,pluralism and stability.(3)According to the object of identification,it can be divided into three types: moral identification,contractual identification and legal identification.According to the psychological process of identification,it can be divided into normative rational identification,normative emotional identification and normative practical identification.(4)The content approved by the field spectator normative identificationcan start from three levels: the admission code of conduct,the spectator behavior code and the exit code.Among them,the admission code involves five aspects: the spectator dress,the on-time admission,the queuing,the coordination with security check,and sit in the right seat.The code of conduct involves two aspects: admiring the national flag and civilized watching the game.The code of conduct for exit involves two aspects:avoiding early exit and orderly exit.(5)The normative identification of field spectator is a multi-complex,in which self-concept,the rationality of normative content and normative commitment all have important influence on the realization of normative identification.(6)The formation process of field spectator normative identification includes: Individual normative traits are the foundation,social and organizational support is the prerequisite,active motivation is the internal factor,normative environment is the promoting factor,positive emotional state is the inducing factor,and normative identification of field spectators is the result.(7)In the future,guidance of the field spectator normative identification should focus on the external environment.To establish a reasonable multiple media communication system,strengthen the effective guidance of the manager and enhance the influence of the key spectator,create a norm environment and atmosphere for the field spectator.In order to achieve civilized field spectator watching the game,and to build a harmonious and healthy order of the field.
