Qualitative Research On Field Spectators’ Anger Emotional Infection

Sports competitions attract field spectators’ love with fierce antagonism and strong sense of scene.The emotional mobilization and rapidly changing situational factors between the field spectators hide the outbreak of group infection events and become the trigger for the violent events of the field spectators.In order to better identify and block the angry emotional infection of the field spectators,first of all,based on the collection of relevant literature,the depth interviews and participatory observation were used to select CBA spectators in Taiyuan to collect the data.Secondly,through qualitative research,the concept,characteristics,causes and process of field spectators’ anger emotional infection are discussed,Preliminary construction of a process theory model,The anger emotion infection to the field spectator’research obtains the important enlightenment.The results show that:(1)Field spectators’ anger emotional infection is defined as the dissatisfaction caused by the audience stimulated by the stadium environment,feeling the feeling of anger in a particular situation,automatically and continuously imitating the anger of other audiences,and generating a direct sense of anger through basic resonance.(2)There are six characteristics of field spectators’ anger emotional infection: situational,explosive,direct suggestion,cluster,rapid acceptance and conformity.(3)The causes of field spectators’ anger emotion infection include external and internal factors.Among them,external factors include social environmental factors,stadium situational stimuli and group emotional interaction,and internal factors include personality characteristics and self-cognitive feelings.Field spectators’ anger emotional infection is the result of the interaction of situation,audience and behavioral variables.(4)The process of field spectators’ anger emotion infection refers to the emotional interaction and strong suggestion stimulation of the individual audience in the high arousal state,Forming strong group anger imitation,accompanied by the emotional and physical feedback of the spectators’ anger,which is manifested in three different forms.(5)Based on the analysis of the process of anger infection,a theoretical model of the process of anger infection was constructed.which mainly includes individual anger emotion induction,group anger emotion group anger emotion imitation,the anger of the crowd infects the feedback,group anger emotion infection expression.(6)In order to minimize the range of angry emotional infection and reduce the frequency of occurrence,for the inspiration of the angry emotion infection management of the spectators to realize the effective management of the spectators,and then to identify and stop the occurrence of the angry emotion infection of the spectators.
