Research On Management Of The Risk Of Field Spectator Violence Of CSL

From the view of risk, the field spectator violence is discussed. Through analyzing the identification and assessment of field spectator violence risk of CSL, the management of the risk of field spectator violence of CSL is established finally. Based on the methods of questionnaire investigation, logical analysis, expert interview, and mathematic statistics, this study investigates and interviews the audiences, the club staffs, security personnel, Sports Authority and related experts, relevant staff. As well as to collate the results of surveys and interviews and statistics, then we got the following results by data statistics:(1) Basis on great amount literature, the risk of field spectator violence can be identified use the list method and fault tree analysis. According to the self-compiled "spectator violence risk checklist," and finally to determine the risk of Spectator violence factors including environmental risks, the audience risk, management risk and the game risk. There are 95 risks at all include 33 environmental risk,16 the audience risk,25 management risk and 21 game risk(2)The risk assessment of field spectator violence adopted the taxis method and the pareto method. The taxis method is the comprehensive expert assessment method based on the likelihood, severity and controllability. The pareto method is a method based on risk frequency and cumulative percentage. The result of risk assessment of spectator violence shows that, the main risks include the referee risk, the audience's own psychology risk, the club management and coordination risk, alert management risk, and the qualities of audience's risk.(3) The risk treatment system of field spectator violence includes the selection and implementation. The risk treatment system could be analyzed from the selection and the implementation of the means of field spectator violence risk control. The chose about the risk treatment system of field spectator violence includes the principle of distinction, Priority principle and "Event-methods". The Specific programs includes risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk control and risk acceptance.The research of the risk management of field spectator violence can ease the pressure about the field spectator violence systemically, so it has guiding significance. The research of the risk management of field spectator violence is a dynamic and evolving process research and there are broad research spaces. With the development and innovation on scientific knowledge about physical education, management and psychology, etc, the future research of the risk management of field spectator violence will be more and more perfect.
