Based on the analysis of the research results at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the historical evolution and current situation of university affiliated schools in China,focusing on the analysis of university affiliated schools' difficulties in running schools and their causes,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving university affiliated schools' running schools.The paper is divided into five parts:The introduction explains the reason for writing the paper,analyzes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and sorts out the research value,research methods and research significance of this paper.The first chapter summarizes the history and achievements of China's university affiliated schools.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development history of university affiliated schools in China,and tries to summarize the development characteristics of university affiliated schools in each stage.After sorting out the development history of university affiliated schools,this paper briefly sorts out the achievements of university affiliated schools.Chapter two discusses the nature and orientation of university affiliated schools.First of all,it analyzes the nature of university affiliated school,and thinks that the generality of university affiliated school lies in its foundation,while the particularity of university affiliated school lies in its attachment and experiment.Secondly,the paper discusses the nature of affiliated schools.The paper discusses the positioning of university affiliated schools from three aspects,namely: basic schools,experimental schools and cooperative schools.Chapter iii analysis of the current our country university affiliated school,mainly reflected in the university affiliated school of branded gold-plated phenomenon,teachers exchange mechanism is not sound,the contradiction between the school characteristic and homogeneity,imperfect school management system four aspects,and then explore the reasons of the difficulties of running university affiliated school,find out the problem,write a university affiliated school education policy suggestions for below for reference.Chapter four puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the running of university affiliated schools in China.Specifically,it includes three aspects: reasonably positioning the responsibilities of all parties,improving the cooperative school-running system and strengthening the internal management level.Only reasonable positioning of the responsibilities of all parties can ensure the orderly running of university affiliated schools;In order to improve the cooperative school-running system,the following three aspects,including communication,decision-making and implementation,are explained one by one.Only when the process of the school-running system is smooth,can the university affiliated school operate normally and its development become binding.Strengthening the internal management level is from the perspective of strengthening the management level of university affiliated schools.Only when the management level is improved can the quality of the school be improved.
