institutions in China,colleges and universities should give more free space to college think tanks,and provide a favorable external environment for the development of college think tanks.On the other hand,think tanks in universities should try their best to reform the internal management system,innovate and develop the talent team,cultivate more applied talents,make great efforts to explore the sources of funds,and improve the conversion rale of the results of think tanks,so as to increase the role that think tanks can play.
