| With the speed of knowledge updating,the ways of students' access to knowledge and the expansion of knowledge,Teachers also recognize the importance of their own reading.In recent years,the importance and research of teachers' reading has not been broken,and more emphasis on teachers' extensive reading,but as the most basic and basic professional reading should not be ignored,and the current situation of teachers' professional reading is also worth studying deeply.This paper mainly uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the interview method and so on,has carried out the questionnaire survey to the Chinese teacher from the 7 different provinces and cities altogether 328 first-line primary school.The specific situation of primary school Chinese teachers' professional reading is based on the five major aspects of professional reading(the situation of self-professional reading,the understanding of the role of professional reading,professional reading methods,professional reading motivation,professional reading conditions)and the teacher's own eight dimensions(gender,teaching grade,teaching age,title,final education,professional nature of the first degree,teaching school level,teaching school location),and the in-depth interview of 12 primary school Chinese teachers.It is supplemented by some qualitative materials.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the consciousness of professional reading of primary school Chinese teachers is widespread,the behavior of professional reading is gradually in the context,and the goal of professional reading has been formed.This is worthy of recognition.But there are also many problems,professional reading status is not optimistic.At present,the problems of primary school Chinese teachers' professional reading mainly include: the lack of intrinsic motivation of professional reading,the single content of professional reading,and the lag of professional reading methods.These problems restrict the professional reading of primary school Chinese teachers to a great extent,which is not conducive to the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.In response to these problems,this study was attributed to teachers' work and professional reading balance;professional reading environment is not ideal;inert psychology restricts professional reading.These may be the cause of primary school language teachers professional reading problems.this study makes corresponding suggestions.Strengthen teachers' love of profession,make teachers' professional reading plan,make clear the incentive system of professional reading,set up teachers' professional reading association,and create the reading atmosphere of Shuxiang campus.It is hoped that the research carried out in this paper will help teachers pay more attention to professional reading and provide useful reference for teachers' professional reading. |
