Teachers’ group is the most professional group to read,but the current situation of teachers’ professional reading in China is not optimistic.Saving teachers’ reading is an urgent problem.Professor Zhu Yongxin once said: "a teacher’s professional development history,to some extent,is a teacher’s professional reading history." The new education experiment puts forward that teachers’ professional reading is one of the important ways for teachers to achieve specialization.This study takes primary school Chinese teachers as the research object,and explores the professional reading of primary school Chinese teachers through literature survey,interview and case analysis.On the basis of understanding the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers’ professional reading,we find the existing problems,analyze the main reasons,and try to provide valuable reference for primary school Chinese teachers’ professional reading from the perspective of new education experiments.The research is mainly divided into five parts,the introduction part is mainly the reason,significance and related literature review.The first chapter explains the connotation of teachers’ professional reading in the new education experiment.The second chapter investigates the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers’ professional reading by means of questionnaire and interview,and finds out the problems in primary school Chinese teachers’ professional reading and further analyzes the reasons.Through the investigation,we found that the main problems are lack of special reading time and space,deviation between professional reading awareness and professional reading behavior,lack of good reading habits and reading methods.The reasons are mainly concentrated in four aspects: the school does not provide a reasonable guarantee mechanism,teachers lack of motivation,teachers lack of systematic professional reading training.The third chapter summarizes the experience of the model teachers in the professional reading through the narrative of their educational life.The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the investigation and analysis of the problems. |
