The continuous expansion of university enrollment scale has caused an imbalance in the supply and demand of the employment market,and due to this college graduates have encountered employment difficulties.Based on the survey data of graduate employment in Jiangsu Province in 2017,this paper explores the factors affecting the quality of graduate employment.This paper first introduces the survey overview and shows the basic distribution of the sample.It is found that the job satisfaction of graduates is significantly different in gender and degree.Then,13 indicators are used as the row variables and the job satisfaction is used as the column variable to conduct contingency analysis.The result shows that the indicators such as graduate gender,degree,difficulty situation,career expectation,and employment discrimination are related to employment satisfaction.Secondly,based on the R language,the four-category and two-category logistic regression analysis are carried out on the indicators affecting employment satisfaction,and the model is optimized by stepwise regression.The prediction performance of the two regression models is compared by analyzing the ROC curve,and the result shows that the two-category model has better prediction effect.Then,the system clustering method is used to cluster the subject categories of graduate students,and the clustering results are compared and analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes the analysis results of graduate employment surveys in Jiangsu Province,and provides suggestions for graduate employment.
