| In recent years,the employment security work of ex-servicemen is an important aspect of social employment stability and employment protection,as well as an important guarantee for stabilizing the morale of the army and strengthening national defense construction.Exploring and improving the mechanism for ensuring the employment and entrepreneurship of ex-servicemen is conducive to helping them to find jobs and start their own businesses successfully,and is of great significance to national defense construction and local economic development.On the basis of the previous research results,this paper combines the theoretical analysis and statistical experiment,and takes W ex-servicemen as the research object,starting from the heterogeneous needs of ex-servicemen,and the employment willingness,career choice and the income level are deeply studied.First of all,the research background of this paper and the relevant research status at home and abroad are reviewed.Then the research methods and ideas are briefly introduced.The influencing factors of employment and entrepreneurship of ex-servicemen are mainly analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis,questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis.Based on the binary Logistic model,the study shows that the age,gender and pension are-0.797,-8.137 and-0.004.The influence of age and the influence is negative.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of ex-servicemen and improve the employment and entrepreneurship guarantee mechanism of ex-servicemen,so as to promote the effective use of ex-servicemen,an important talent resource. |
