In Chinese kindergartens,the kindergarten head responsibility system is applicable.The kindergarten head is fully responsible for the works of kindergarten,and his/her leadership and management will have a direct impact on the quality of kindergarten education,as well as the growth and future development of children.In 2010,China Sate Council released National Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020),which greatly facilitated the development of Chinese preschool education.As a result,unprecedented opportunities and wide development space are presented for the construction and development of kindergartens,while there also come new demands on the knowledge accomplishment and competence of kindergarten head.In the past,kindergarten head exerted control through the rights of his/her position,but now this outdated approach can hardly keep up with the pace of reform in preschool education.Therefore,it is paramount for kindergarten head to play a better role in offering guidance and service.Based on this background,this research to understand the director’s current leadership level and practice,and analyze the strategy as the core content of enhance the principal leadership first of all,on the basis of relevant theories and combined with "the kindergarten professional standard"(hereinafter referred to as "professional standards")build director leadership model,and then combined with the model design of the questionnaire and interview outline,in view of the director,the teacher,parents began a thorough investigation and study.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,probes into the promotion strategy of director leadership,mainly the following conclusions:In the value of the leadership level,director should attach importance to and with children,condensed wisdom,formulates plans for the development of the kindergarten,form the resultant force of kindergarten;In education leadership level,the director should take the initiative to improve professional quality,form the correct education concept of conservation,for teachers to provide professional support and guidance;In organizational leadership level,the director to devote more energy to help parents to establish scientific concept of education,improve the parent-child relationship,so as to realize the real home produced;In the aspect of interpersonal leadership,director to correctly view differences and conflict with parents,learn to anticipate conflict and conflict resolution.The director of the above four aspects of the leadership to get a comprehensive promotion,on the one hand,should play its independent learning ability to improve themselves;On the other hand,the education administrative department should give corresponding support,with the right idea led to the development of kindergarten.In conclusion,the research of this paper to improve the kindergarten provides a new reference and leadership perspective,enrich the education of the leadership theory about the study of the theory of the pre-school education stage,has provided the theory and practice to the promotion of the principal leadership guidance,has important theoretical significance and practical significance.
