Objective: To enrich the correction training program that conforms to the physical and mental development of young aerobics athletes through research,to maximize the physical resistance of aerobics athletes to resist risks,and to form targeted corrective training through scientific and reasonable case studies Program.Through this experiment,functional training is introduced into the basic training system,which adds a more accurate training method to the physical function correction training of young aerobics athletes,thereby comprehensively improving the athletes' physical ability and athletic performance and reducing the occurrence probability of sports injuries.The best development of physical fitness is safe,comprehensive and sustainable.Methods: This paper adopts literature data method,expert interview method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,taking the FMS scoring status and rehabilitation countermeasures of aerobics athletes in Dalian as the research objects.Taking 25 national first-and second-level aerobics athletes of Dalian Love Dream School as the survey object,and selecting 3 as the correction objects,a set of corrections suitable for the growth cycle development law of young aerobics athletes is formulated through the concept of functional training The program is applied to training to enrich the training methods for young aerobics athletes,and at the same time to design scientific and innovative training methods for coaches to improve the athletes' special abilities and provide practical value;and through FMS action screening to accurately and effectively find young aerobics athletes The weak link of body function prevents the probability of sports injury and delays the occurrence of sports fatigue,and prolongs the period of competitive sports.Result:(1)The FMS score has a minimum score of 5 points and a maximum score of 18 points.Most athletes are between 11-14 points,and 6 people have 14 points or more.(2)The FMS scores of the aerobics athletes in the Dalian DreamSchool are at an unqualified level as a whole.(3)The research results show that the injury characteristics of different parts of aerobics athletes are different.Conclusion:(1)The FMS scores of the special aerobics athletes selected in the survey have a large span,and the aerobics athletes of the Aimeng School in Dalian are prone to sports injury to a certain extent;(2)The scores are not significantly related to the training years and sports levels Sex;the score has a significant correlation with the athlete's BMI index.(3)Through the evaluation and analysis of the FMS of the aerobics athletes in the Dalian Dream School,an effective rehabilitation training plan was formulated.According to the comparison of the scores,it was found that the plan developed by this study has certain pertinence and effectiveness,but the body is double There is an asynchrony in the rehabilitation effect on the side. |
