The functional training comes from the field of rehabilitation.Initially,the rehabilitation expert designed a special physical recovery method in the case of patient injury or organ dysfunction.By means of recovery,the basic exercise capacity of the patient is improved,the recovery time is shortened,and the patient's physical function is restored to normal.People level.Due to the good application of functional training in the field of rehabilitation,the field of competitive sports has also introduced it into sports training and achieved good results.Functional training has achieved remarkable results in improving athletes' athletic ability,improving sports training efficiency,and preventing sports injuries.It has become a hot spot in the field of international sports training.This study intends to apply the functional training to the physical education department's forward-style long jump teaching through the above characteristics of functional training,strengthen the students' basic exercise ability,correct and optimize the bad action mode,so as to improve the long jump teaching effect.It also analyzes and discusses the relationship between functional training and long jump teaching,and provides reference and reference for the future physical education department long jump teaching.This paper adopts the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the influence of functional training on the long-distance teaching effect of physical education.Two male students in the 2017 physical education class of Guangzhou Sports University were selected as experimental subjects(divided into control group and experimental group,and both control group and experimental group were 24 persons).Before the experiment,the physical training and functional movement screening tests were conducted for the two boys' classes to ensure that the basic exercise ability of the two classes before the experiment was the same.The functional action screening low-altitude action causes analysis and design teaching experiment content.Among them,the control group used the traditional forward-style long jump teaching content,and the experimental group added functional training content based on the conventional forward-style long jump teaching content.Through the one-month(16 hours)teaching experiment,the two groups of students' long-distance sports performance and functional action screening results were statistically analyzed and analyzed.The experimental results are asfollows:1.Statistics and analysis of the long-term standards and technical evaluation results of the control group and the experimental group.It was found that the scores of the students in the experimental group and the control group had very significant differences(P<0.00),and the technical scores of the students in the experimental group and the control group.There was a very significant difference(P < 0.00).2.There was no significant difference between the control group's functional action screening test before and after the test(P>0.05).There were 4 significant differences between the experimental group's functional action screening results(P<0.00).There were 4 significant differences between the experimental and functional action screening test results of the experimental group and the experimental group(P<0.00).3.Statistics on the number of sports injuries in the experimental group and the control group showed that 2 students in the control group had sports injuries,and no students in the experimental group had sports injuries.4.The subjective feeling survey of the experimental group students found that most students have a strong interest in functional training content,and can also recognize the importance of functional training to improve the effect of long-distance teaching.This leads to the following conclusions:1.The long-distance teaching class that adds functional training content is more significant in improving students' long-distance sports performance than conventional long-distance teaching.2.Functional training can effectively improve students' coordination stability and body control,and can avoid the risk of sports injuries.3.The methods and means of functional training exercises are diverse and can enrich the content of classroom teaching.It not only effectively stimulates students' interest in learning in long-distance teaching,but also effectively improves students' positive learning attitude towards long-distance teaching and reduces the tedium in technical classes.
