It is generally believed that social work professional internship is the only way to improve the professional quality of students and strengthen their counterparts' willingness to find employment.The social work internship will face a series of challenges,especially when faced with different expectations of institutions and clients,the interns will have problems such as blurred roles and conflicts of roles,and then doubt their professional identity.The article is based on the theme of the experience process of social work students' internships in summer school classes.On this basis,it further describes and analyzes the professional identity dilemma that appears during the internship work of summer school classes.Professional identity is a dynamic subject process,which is more suitable for qualitative research data collection and analysis techniques.The author of this article conducted a semi-structured interview with 10 interns in different summer schools and different institutions,and conducted data collation and analysis in accordance with relevant technical requirements.This article divides the entire identity construction process before and after the internship into three stages: Who do I think I am? ——Are we doing social work? —— Who are we? The second chapter describes the interviewee 's professional identity before internship,how to choose the social work major,how to recognize the social work major after becoming a social work student,and the pre-internship period How to choose the internship process.The third chapter describes the situation during the internship in the summer care class,including the work arrangement in the summer care class,and the identity difficulties during the period.The fourth chapter analyzes the respondent's response to their own confusion,the process of reconstructing the professional identity of social workers and the practical reflection formed.
