| Social work has a history of more than 100 years in western developed countries,which is relatively mature,but its development time in China is relatively short.To put it simply,social work is a service activity that helps others to help themselves.It has many functions,such as maintaining social stability,improving the life quality of social members,preventing and solving social problems.After the reform and opening up,due to the continuous emergence of some new social contradictions and problems,the demand for social work has increased significantly.In this case,the important position of social work in China has been established,and the rapid development of social work has been put on the agenda.Social work postgraduates are an important force for the development of social work and a reserve force for high-end talents in the social work industry.However,from the perspective of career choice and employment orientation after graduation,there is a serious brain drain phenomenon.Professional identity to a great extent,affects the student’s employment intention,the master of professional social work students’ professional identity status,and understand the factors that affect their professional identity,help to find and solve the present problems of the professional master degree education of social work,improve the professional education of social work in China,the construction of a high level of professional social work talent team,Accelerate the professionalization of social work.Reference of existing research results,this study through professional cognition,professional value cognition,affective commitment,and professional behavior identity four dimensions,combined with the result of questionnaires and interviews to analyze D university master of social work professional students of professional identity,find D university professional master of professional social work less esteemed three aspects of influence factors,And try to put forward some practical suggestions and corresponding countermeasures.The first part of this study is the introduction,which explains and explains the background and significance of this study,and briefly expounds the relevant concepts and literature review involved in this study.Then it is the theoretical basis and main research methods of this paper.The theoretical basis is self-identity theory and social identity theory.The data collection mainly relies on literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The third part is the status quo of social work professional identity of the graduate students majoring in social work in D University,which is analyzed from four aspects: professional cognition,professional value cognition,emotional identification and professional behavior identification.The fourth part is to analyze D university master degree of social work students for existing problems in the social work professional identity,starting from the above four dimensions,found D university master of social work professional students of social work profession bias is not obvious,the professional social work value,low self fulfillment,and master of social work professional developing problems such as insufficient collaborative efforts.The fifth part mainly analyzes the factors that affect the professional identity of the master students of social work,including the students themselves,the school and the realistic factors.The sixth part,from the perspectives of individual students,social work organizations and society and government,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional identity of master students majoring in social work.These include strengthening professional study to improve practical ability of social work master students,optimizing teaching courses to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning,strengthening vocational training of social work practitioners by social work institutions and increasing publicity by the government.The last part is the conclusion of this study,which mainly introduces the research results and limitations of this paper,and makes the prospect of this research field in the future. |
