Lack of interest in teaching content and low participation for students have become the normality in ideological and political lesson.In an inter-school activity of heterogeneous forms for the same subject,students are deeply attracted by one of the instructors' humorous teaching language,keeping high learning enthusiasm and active classroom atmosphere.However,the performance of the other teacher is slightly common.Students react differently in the same teaching content,same teaching design but different teachers because the appeal of the teaching language plays an important role in it.This paper uses the action research method to conduct three rounds of action research.The first round of action research diagnosed that teachers of the ideological and political class also have a problem of lack of scientific in teaching language apart from low voice and fast speech through interviews with teachers and students of the ideological and political class in M Middle School and the observation of the classroom teaching records of the researchers.The problem is manifested in the lack of standardization of pronunciation of Putonghua and the expression of professional terms,the lack of logic in the teaching language and the fluency of expression.The goals of action research,in which the teacher strengthen their training of basic skills in teaching languages,dig deeper into textbooks,prepare lessons steadily,do well in teaching design to observe,are determined based on the above issues.The goals of the action research are almost achieved but the problems of low voice and many mantras still exist.The second round of action research summarizes the unachieved goals and new problems in the first round,such as poor teaching skills of teachers and lack of communication and directionality in the teaching language.Some advices such that teachers thoroughly analyze the academic situation,set emotional education goals rationally and select materials close to life in the preparation of lessons,respect students' right to speak,use living language to explain theoretical knowledge and build a harmonious and equal teacher-student communication environment in teaching are put forward and conducted.As a result,the research goals are ultimately achieved.In third round of the action research,the teaching language still exists problem of repetition andsome new phenomenon such as the lack of inspiration and rhythm in teaching language.The predetermined goals are fulfilled by conducting problem design,writing verbatim manuscripts,strengthening language rhythm training to improve problems.The contagion of the teaching language of the ideological and political course has increased significantly through three rounds of action research.Through the summary and reflection of the three rounds of action research,it is concluded that language skills training should be carried out to improve the basic skills of the teaching language firstly.Secondly,more attention should be paid to analyze the students' cognitive level and the content of the textbook,dig emotional elements in the textbook and strengthen the emotional education during the preparation of the course.Thirdly,teaching situation should adhere to meet the requirements of the times and stay close to life.Fourthly,enlightening questions that meet the teaching situation and language norms should be designed based on the analysis of students and teaching materials.Fifthly,teachers should design different teaching languages and write verbatim manuscripts.Sixthly,teachers should change teaching concepts,respect students' right to speak.Seventhly,teachers should strengthen communication with students and provide timely feedback to students.Finally,teachers should use blackboard writing and auxiliary teaching language reasonably.Reviewing the entire process of action research,the effect of teacher knowledge level,teaching language rhythm and style on the appeal of teaching language has not been fully verified and the research conclusion is not perfect due to limited time for conducting action research,insufficient experience,low theoretical level,incomplete and atypical selection of teaching content.Research-oriented teachers are the requirements of society for first-line ideological and political teachers.Ideological and political teachers should improve their theoretical accomplishment,establish a sense of problem,find problems through reflection and conduct action research in combination with teaching practice in the future education and teaching practice.
