The purpose of the study on the modern apprenticeship system of hotel management major in secondary vocational schools is to explore the long-term mechanism of training skilled personnel,to train high-quality skilled talented persons,and to achieve “five integrates”: professional and industrial,school and business,student and master,class and induction,classroom and workshop integration,and to meet the employment needs of enterprises,which is also of great practical value to the innovation of personnel training mode in secondary vocational school.First of all,the paper analyzes the background of the pilot of modern apprenticeship in China by means of literature,introduces important theories such as work-oriented learning,tacit knowledge theory,and type theory of vocational education system etc.,and defines the concept of modern apprenticeship system,and summarize the achievements and development trend of modern apprenticeship development at home and abroad,to explore the feasibility,necessity,characteristics and fundamental purpose of the personnel training model of the modern apprenticeship in China.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system abroad to learn from the advanced experience of it,and finds out the current situation and bottlenecks of the development of modern apprenticeship in China.Finally,through a large number of personal interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis,empirical research,and observation methods,makes multidimensional investigation on typical cases of X Secondary Vocational School Hotel Management in recent years,and the existing problems are summarized: lack of necessary rules and regulations,insufficient financial support,low levels of social recognition,low levels of corporate participation,difficulty in apprenticeship management,lack of “double division” teachers,non-integration of curriculum andwork processes,and the rising channel of middle school students is not open etc.The basic strategies have been presented on optimizing the personnel training mode of modern apprenticeship in the hotel management specialty in secondary vocational school: it is necessary to enhance the understanding of the modern apprenticeship in the hotel service majors,accurately locate the personnel training goals of the modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,and innovate and improve the system without the idea of "waiting,relying on,and demanding",develop flexible alternation of the work and the study and implementation of flexible education system.The mechanism for “double tutors” should be further improved and communicate them between the school and the company each other,and jointly develop courses for schools and enterprises to achieve effective integration of professional courses and work skills,and break the restrictions on student registration.Integrating enrollment and recruitment,widening funding channels,separating training and entrance examinations,carrying on refine management,exploring scientific evaluation models,increasing publicity for enrollment,improving social recognition,and establishing a passageway to high vocational and college for the secondary students should be put forward.The final conclusion is that the pilot of the modern apprenticeship system of secondary school has achieved initial results,and which has been proved an effective talent training system and which can realize the "three wins" for students,enterprise and school,and it is also an important way for enterprises to select,educate,and use talents.Modern apprenticeship can improve students enthusiasm,responsibility and professionalism,and integrate the teaching content with the technological development of enterprises.
