| Objective: this study took young male social groups in Nanjing city as an example.Through the screening of age and height,40 people with a certain basis in swimming were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Before and after the experiment, the subjects of the two groups were tested for body weight, skeletal muscle, body fat,BMR,PBF,WHR and other body composition indexes,as well as for endurance fitness indexes such as push-ups and 1.5-mile tests. The aim is to explore the influence of two different swimming training methods on the body composition and endurance quality of young men.In order to provide effective training methods and practice basis for the daily exercise of social groups. And for swimming fitness to provide a scientific and effective regular detailed training content. Methods: through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, experiment, interview, mathematical statistics, etc.,the effects of swimming training in two different ways for swimmers in the Himalayan swimming fitness club in Nanjing were analyzed. The control group underwent 12-week long interval repetitive swimming training, and the experimental group underwent 12-week developmental interval swimming training.During the experiment, both groups of subjects were required to have normal diet, and were not allowed to do other sports or heavy physical work except for training,so as to maintain normal sleep and rest.At the end of the experiment, the data measured by the subjects before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed, and then the research results were obtained. Conclusion: the 12-week developmental interval swimming training had an obvious effect on the decrease of body fat in young males, and the significant decrease in body fat content resulted in the significant decrease of body weight,PBF and WHR in the experimental group. However, the 12-week developmental interval swimming training had no significant effect on the skeletal muscle of young men,and only slig. |
