Purpose:This study of college students for a period of eight weeks of anti-resistance training and aerobic endurance hybrid intervention, and the maximum force subjects, skinfold thickness, circumference and body composition testing analysis to investigate different arrange for the training program impact on human body composition indicators, as well as to adapt to changes arising after training on the subject, and provide a basis for future training practice.Methods:2012 Beijing Sport University Athletics 16 male students, including a two athletes, two athletes 14. Randomly divided into two groups, one for the first aerobic endurance then resistance training group, a group for the first anti-barrier then aerobic endurance training group, subjects in both groups at the time and intensity of the training process are the same. Before and after the test for each index all subjects tested, then the test results were analyzed.Analysis:(1) impedance and aerobic endurance training intervention can significantly increase the maximum power of subjects, and the amount of resistance to anti then aerobic endurance training can achieve more positive results of training, after the training can be more in this way more training. (2) the amount of resistance to anti aerobic endurance exercise training can be significantly reduced compared with the subjects body fat, increase lean body mass, as well as growth in circumference and skinfold thickness reduction, so that the subject has a very good adaptive changes, so in the future training and exercise can be more use this training method. (3) In this study, the anti-resistance and aerobic endurance training programs for scientific and reasonable, to improve body shape of university students have a positive impact, suggestions for further promotion.
