The concept of "employment anxiety" in psychology is used to describe the anxiety of job-seekers in the process of approaching and job-hunting.The academic master of pedagogy is a first-level discipline of pedagogy,which mainly trains the academic master of pedagogy with related theories,education research consciousness and ability.It is of great value to understand the employment anxiety of the academic master of education,to clarify the concept of job-hunting and the basic state in the process of job-hunting,and to trace back to its origin.In this paper,the qualitative research method is used to explore the deep reasons behind the employment anxiety of this group,taking the academic education master students of y university as the research objects,to explain the employment anxiety in the sense of "contextualization" and "intersubjectivity".Based on in-depth interviews and Case Studies,this study analyzes the employment anxiety of the 2019 academic master of education students in y university.By sorting out and classifying the interview data and combining with the situation analysis,the grounded theory is finally generated.This study finds that the academic master of Education Group of Y University has the same employment goal,and the employment direction is concentrated on the "stability" goal of the post of teachers and the post of civil servant,through the social process and self-process can be formed.In addition,the interviewees face the employment expectation and the employment situation,generally believe that their comprehensive ability is not competent for the expected position,this kind of self-perception makes this group form the employment anxiety under the low self-evaluation.Through the analysis of the reality and predicament of the interviewees,the author finds that the employment anxiety of this group is related to the college personnel training system,society and Employment Environment,and the graduate students themselves.After analyzing from various angles,and finally based on the structural function theory,it forms the root theory of this research: the Master of Academic Education of y university is in the Action Organization system formed by Social Organization System,Cultural Organization system and personality system,the corresponding individual social capital net,educational intermediary and subject generating process of each system make the whole action organization systemembedded in the structure of all the systems involved,and each subsystem has a progressive connection layer by layer,interact with each other to achieve overall value.The intention of the Individual in action,the principles of the strategy for carrying out the action,the right relationship with the surrounding individual and the environment,and the historical,present and potential social trends in the course of the action,all of them are influenced by subjective and objective factors in the field to varying degrees.All the social capital of the individual,the operation system of colleges and universities,and the individual itself,the tension,imbalance and disorder of the internal and external relations of this whole system are the causes of this group's low self-evaluation,the main cause of employment anxiety.
