General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out : " Graduate education plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents, improving innovation ability, serving economic and social development, and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability ".The high quality development of graduate education can save strength for the future and win new advantages for the development of the country and the nation.Paying attention to the quality logic of education is a consideration that higher education can not ignore. In recent years,in the process of graduate training, the cases of "graduate students are cleared out" and "academic fraud" have aroused the attention and question of the quality of graduate students. Many colleges and universities, there are low academic enthusiasm of master students, lack of investment lamp academic burnout problem. The "academic burnout" in psychology is a kind of negative learning psychological reaction. It refers to a kind of physical and mental fatigue phenomenon that students dare not be interested in their major and lack learning motivation to choose to.Often accompanied by anxiety, irritability and other adverse emotional reactions. This study takes Y University as a case study," Master’s degree academic burnout " as the research theme, and " qualitative research " as the research method. In order to explore the methods of changing the present situation,we can understand the burnout pattern of master’s students in Y University by semi-structured interview. There are six parts in this study. The first part is the introduction, which mainly includes question raising and literature review, research purpose and significance, innovation and concept definition. The second part is the research design and implementation, including the research ideas, research methods and research process. The third part, from the academic emotion, the academic behavior, the value experience three aspects, restores the master student’s academic burnout pattern, and in its formation process analysis found that the vision and the experience conflict, the ability and the task restriction is the majority master student self-worth feeling low, falls into the worry and the depression and so on burnout mood source. The fourth part analyzes the influence of the students’ academic burnout from the aspects of their individual background, college organization and structure, campus interpersonal interaction, campus resource environment and other factors. These factors have the characteristics of complexity in the mechanism of action, and produce the effect of multi-factor cross-action.The fifth part is the root theory of this study. The ecosystem theory holds that the individual is in the environmental system of layer by layer, and the negative group culture atmosphere around the master students plays a subtle role in the regression of academic enthusiasm to the formation of academic burnout. The comprehensive model of student change assessment emphasizes the dynamic interaction between the influencing factors, explains how the factors interact and how the negative group culture atmosphere is generated.Combined with static environmental impact and dynamic mechanism, the academic vision and academic experience of master students conflict, and the academic state that does not want to work hard and do not want to give up completely becomes the academic picture of master students. The sixth part is the summary and reflection of the paper. The main content is to draw the enlightenment about the training process of master’s degree graduate students according to the research conclusion, and summarize and reflect on this research from three angles: research process, research results and research ethics.
