| With the continuous renewal and integration of educational concepts,and the increasing attention paid to children's mental health problems,the student-oriented concept of "respecting students' personality development" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and appreciation education occupies an important position,to the extent that some reasonable criticisms by teachers against student anomie behaviors are regarded as corporal punishment,this has brought great obstacles to teachers work,and only the appreciation of education methods has also buried the students healthy future hidden dangers.In order to investigate the current situation of punishment in primary education,the author first collected and sorted out the literature,it is concluded that the primary school educational punishment mainly exists two problems: teachers abuse educational punishment and turn it into corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment,and teachers dare not use educational punishment.But after observation and interview,the author found that the problems existing in primary school educational punishment can be summed up as teachers dare not use and teachers will not use two aspects.The former means that teachers are influenced by many pressures,such as public opinion,and tend to hold the attitude of holding high and put down gently or turning a blind eye in the face of students' misconduct,and prefer to transfer the main part of the disciplinary right to parents.The latter refers to the problem of improper use caused by teachers' lack of understanding of the theoretical knowledge of educational punishment,which can be manifested in the lack of targeted and innovative methods of educational punishment.Corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment rarely occur in elementary school,especially in the lower grades of elementary school.Instead,teachers appear to be "anti-disciplined" by students.This is beyond my expectation.This dissertation is divided into five parts including the introduction,the first part of the origin of the research,research significance,research status,research methods and objects,and with the second part of the theoretical knowledge to provide theoretical basis for the research;in the third part,in order to ensure the authenticity and reliabilityof the contents of the investigation,and through the analysis of the contents of the investigation,the author summarizes the existing problems of the primary school educational punishment,then analyzes the causes of the existing problems with the collected data in the fourth part,and finally analyzes the measures teachers should take to normalize the educational punishment from the perspective of teachers in the fifth part,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to institutional measures and parents and public opinion,in order to ensure that teachers have reasonable grounds when implementing disciplinary actions and solve the primary education punishment of the current trend of abnormal. |
