The guiding opinions on promoting the development of care services for infants under 3 years old issued in April 2019 and the standards for the establishment of care institutions(for Trial Implementation)and the regulations for the management of care institutions(for Trial Implementation)issued by the national health and Health Commission in October 2019 have made clear provisions on the scale of care service practitioners and personnel management.It can be seen that the party and the government attach great importance to the construction of the staff of infant care service.Based on the existing literature and theory,this study used questionnaire and interview method to construct the questionnaire on the level of professionalism of infant care service practitioners and the questionnaire on parents' demand for the level of professionalism of infant care service practitioners.329 infant care service practitioners and 735 0-3-year-old infant parents in Liaoning Province were investigated and the recovered data were processed The results show that: 11.The overall situation of the professional level of infant care service employees is good,and there are differences in the level of different demographic variables in each dimension.In the two dimensions of professional ethics and professional consciousness,the average score is higher,while in the two dimensions of educational achievement and professional practice,the average score is relatively low.Different gender,working years,education background,working qualification certificate,mental health evaluation and other variables have an impact on the level of professionalism of the infant care service practitioners.There are differences in gender,years of employment,education background,nature of work organization,qualification certificate,mental health assessment and other variables.2.Parents have a high demand for the overall level of professionalism of infants and young children care service practitioners,and there are differences in different demographic variables for the level of each dimension.Parents' demand for the professional level of the employees in the two dimensions of professional ethics and professional awareness is stronger,and thedemand for the two dimensions of education achievement and professional practice is relatively peaceful.Age,family status,child gender,child age and other variables have an impact on parents' demand for the overall level of professionalism.There are differences in age,education background,occupation,monthly family income,family identity,gender of children,monthly age of children and whether they are enrolled in different variables.3.Parents' demand for the overall level of the professionalism of infant care service practitioners is higher than the current level of the professionalism of infant care service practitioners.There are significant differences between the professionalism of infant care service practitioners and the needs of parents in all dimensions.In view of the above results,the researchers put forward to adhere to the demand orientation,define the training objectives of nursery service practitioners,establish the access system to ensure the quality of nursery service practitioners,deepen the work value,attract the continuous return of nursery service practitioners,improve the industry environment,pay attention to the mental health of nursery service practitioners,and improve the occupation of nursery service practitioners Level of chemistry.
