As a new form of education,micro-curriculum has not only powerfully promoted the development of information education but also strengthened the effective integration of information technology and subjects teaching,which increasingly demonstrating its value in education and teaching activities.The most distinctive feature of micro-lecture lies in short,efficient,and convenient.Based on both domestic and foreign research on micro-lecture,it can be found that micro-lecture expresses theoretical value and practical meaning in the art teaching activities of primary and secondary school.The implementation of micro-lecture is not only useful to the development and promotion of new reform of lecture in enriching the teaching methods,broadening teachers' horizon,students' self-learning awareness and innovative ability,as well as enhancing variety of study pattern.An investigation was carried out in Urumqi city,and findings reveal that micro-lectures are mainly involved in the four-type of applied mode of art classes,which are applied to solve the teaching highlights and difficulties.In the four panels of lessons,style,presentation,design and application account for the most.During the process of development and design,micro-lecture should pay attention to control of degree of difficulty,enlightenment of teaching activity.Meanwhile,teachers should add proper guidance to teaching activities coping with practice of lessons when presenting the micro-lecture in order to lead the reasonable imagination and pursue novelty of teaching.Definitely,micro-lecture has a broad prospect in Urumqi based on the good feedbacks from the both teachers and students.However,there are some drawbacks in the micro-lecture even though the improvements of teaching effects.Based on the results of investigation as well as author's teaching practice,the author summarized several pieces of questions potentially appeared in the micro-lectures and their optimized strategies,for instance,beautification of resource-shared platform of micro-lecture,perfection of database of micro-lecture resource,optimization of micro-lecture environment and elevation of training level of teaching staffs,etc.
