Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and the rapid advancement of education informationization,E-Learning has become more and more concerned with its characteristics of being free from time and space restrictions,rich learning resources and easy to realize personalized learning.It plays a role in vocational training and self-improvement.An increasingly important role.This study analyzes the basic characteristics of middle school teachers' E-Learning by analyzing the situation of middle school teachers in Changsha using E-Learning platform in continuing education training,and discusses the methods to promote the further development of E-Learning.The research tool is a self-developed E-Learning questionnaire.After the preliminary prediction and the reliability and validity test,the questionnaire deletes the items that are not in line with the E-Learning of the middle school teachers,and has a high level of reliability and validity.In this study,a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed t o three middle school teachers in different levels in Changsha,and 282 were collected.The questionnaire recovery rate was 94.0%.The research results show that the overall situation of middle school teachers' E-Learning is general and needs to be further improved;most middle school teachers tend to choose this new learning mode of E-Learning,and prefer the audio and video learning resources related to the classroom;E-learning can promote learning improvement in terms of learning experience,richness of learning resources,personalized customization of learning,and collective interactive learning;there are still some shortcomings in the current stage of E-Learning.Finally,based on the analysis and research conclusions,the paper draws some suggestions for strengthening the software and hardware construction of the E-Learning platform,optimizing and managing the E-Learning resources,perfecting the learning management mechanism,and establishing a sound learning incentive and evaluation system. |
