This thesis includes five parts:The first part is preface, including the background of research, the causes of the research problem, research meaningThis thesis based on 149 junior high school mathematics framework teacher who attend province class training from Jilin province education college in the whole province and county area. This group body is the foundation in my province education front junior high school mathematics teaching of main force strength. It has the important leading direction function for the education of junior high school mathematics teaching.The second part of the article is overview. This part is from the demanding of the mathematics framework teacher, the function of the mathematics framework teacher at the teaching exertive domestic and international to the basic characteristic of mathematics framework teacher ect. aspects did some more detailed analysis.The third part is the research object and method. Through checking the basic information and point data at province education college , carried on introduction to the basic circumstance of this group body, according to domestic and international teacher education questionnaire design of request, combine a research objects in fact. There are two types of questionnaires: open type and close type questionnaire; The questionnaire involve each aspect of the teacher of mathematics framework. To the 149 framework teacher issued a questionnaire and also did a study through a individual case and analyses the growth process of a framework teacher.The fourth part of the result analysis. Include middle school math teachers in the basic situation of the backbone and the basic factors of quality and talent. One major study of their basic quality of the basic quality and the quality of mathematics in two ways. Talent from the internal and external factors were analyzed both, which is a major component of this thesis. The fifth part is a conclusion. Through the analysis, I pointed out the basic standards mathematics framework teacher should reach, in the meantime analysis the factors of becoming talents from both inside and outside.The purpose to spread and did this research is for the sake of understanding this special community of basic Quality, then can make them take the lead of mathematics academics teaching. Thus can also develop more mathematics framework teachers, in this way prove the quality of junior high school mathematics teaching.
