In the background that the comprehensive development of quality education has been greatly advocated in China,the professional development of teachers has gradually become the highlight of people.From the perspective of emotional factors inside teachers,the paper selects the happiness of teachers as the research topic among the multiple factors affecting their professional development.By relying on the survey on the status quo of the happiness of music teachers in primary and middle schools of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,the author sorts out and summarizes the factors affecting the the happiness of the local teachers from the perspectives of personal situation of teachers,schools and society.Moreover,it is expected to make some contributions to promote the development of music education in local primary and middle schools,enhance the happiness of teachers on the basis of the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge.The paper is mainly composed of the following parts.In the introduction part,it is the basic elaboration of the research objective,research generalization and research methods of the topic.The first part is about the brief introduction of the geographical environment,humanistic environment and educational environment in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County.The second part carries out elaboration on the research status by combining with the questionnaire and interview.The results show that there are some differences between the happiness of music teachers in urban and rural areas of Tianzhu County.The third part discusses the multiple factors affecting the happiness of the local teachers in three aspects as teachers,schools and society by starting from the perspective of differences between the happiness of music teachers in urban and rural areas of Tianzhu County.It is revealed by the results that the professional quality of teachers,professional recognition,professional spirits and other subjective factors,school management,social recognition,assessment method and other objective factors are the major ones for local teaches to obtain relevant happiness.The fourth part proposes the specific strategies to enhance the happiness of music teachers in local primary and middle schools based on the analysis of the factors affecting the happiness of teachers.
