In 2018,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national education conference that we should strive to improve teachers' social status and occupation status in the new era,so that teachers can enjoy the proper social respect.Because of the great difference in welfare and social status between the teachers outside the organization and the teachers inside the organization,they are regarded as the "informal" group in the teaching staff.As the driving force of teachers' professional development,teachers' professional well-being plays an important role in non editorial teachers.This study makes two hypotheses according to the characteristics of the status of non staff teachers in urban public primary schools: hypothesis one,there are significant differences in gender,age,teaching age,education background,professional title,class hours,income,and whether they are class directors,and there is no significant difference in teaching subjects;hypothesis two,The occupational well-being of teachers outside the school is lower than that of teachers inside the school.According to the research hypothesis,the author investigated the current situation of the occupational well-being of the non staff teachers in H District of Jinan,analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of the occupational well-being of the non staff teachers,and put forward the strategies for the promotion of the occupational well-being of the non staff teachers.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of the occupational well-being of the teachers out of the staff in the urban public primary schools,the conclusion is as follows: first,there is significant difference in the gender of the occupational well-being of the teachers out of the staff in the urban public primary schools,but there is no significant difference in other aspects;second,the overall occupational well-being of the teachers out of the staff in the urban public primary schools is higher than that of the teachers in the staff,and the main influencing factors of the occupational well-being of the teachers out of the staff are The objective factors include school culture,social status and interpersonal relationship;the subjective factors include the professional love,career dream,educational ability and self-learning of the non staff teachers.Young teachers are the main part of the non editorial teachers,and their subjective influence on occupational well-being is greater.The theory of self-determination highlights the initiative of self,which can better analyze the work ofindividual initiative of non editorial teachers in occupational well-being;the theory of social comparison focuses on confirming their own attributes through comparison,while non editorial teachers and non editorial teachers are the comparative relationship in the environment of public schools;the theory of caring considers that the subject needs respect and understanding of others in every stage of life,and the theory of caring It is instructive to improve the occupational well-being of non editorial teachers.According to the research conclusion,to improve the occupational well-being of non staff teachers in urban public primary schools,we should give full play to the joint efforts of the government,schools and non staff teachers.First of all,we should strengthen the guidance of the government and clarify the social status of teachers outside the editorial board.The specific performance is to improve the policies and regulations,protect the legitimate rights and interests of non staff teachers;improve the system reform,improve the professional expectations of non staff teachers;establish a communication platform,reduce the professional anxiety of non staff teachers.Secondly,we need to strengthen school care and promote the professional development of non editorial teachers.The specific performance is to improve the evaluation mechanism,provide opportunities for scientific and fair promotion;implement cooperative learning,improve the ability of education and teaching;strengthen humanistic care,and create a harmonious campus culture.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the subject influence and strengthen the identity of teachers outside the editorial board.The specific performance is to adhere to knowledge sharing,improve education ability;optimize emotional management,enhance identity;stimulate education enthusiasm,promote lifelong learning.
