Synchronized swimming is very artistically expressive,so synchronized swimming is excellent in viewing.However,because the ability and quality of synchronized swimmers are relatively high,professional synchronized swimmers are still difficult to train,and the training process is very long and complicated,and the training is very difficult,requiring a long time to persist,so During the training process,it will inevitably bring great pressure to athletes,whether it is physical or mental.In order to synchronized swimmers to perform better,and to handle stress better in training,competition,and life,this article believes that mindfulness training is more helpful to improve the psychological quality of synchronized swimmers.this article uses 6 more senior synchronized swimmers of the JS provincial synchronized swimming team as the research contrast.Through the experimental design of the shooting,the 6 synchronized swimmers were trained for 7 weeks of mindfulness training,and the athletes were recorded The various test data are sorted and analyzed from the key factors of acceptance level,attention level,mood level,mental resilience level,sports performance level,social validity and other key factors through visual analysis methods,so as to achieve the corresponding research results.According to the data analysis,the following research results are obtained:(1)The mindfulness training effect of the team members is remarkable,and they do not judge or respond,and pay more attention to the current behavior,especially the training behavior.(2)The acceptance of the negative experience by the team members has improved significantly,and the internal negative experience can be treated as a normal state of normal body and mind,and his inner heart is stronger.(3)The level of attention has been improved to a certain extent,but the effect is not significant,and the subsequent continuation effect does not appear.In mindfulness training,concentration and transfer of attention are required for both the training content and the central link.(4)Although the level of mood has changed,it is still greatly affected by the outside world.(5)Mindfulness training has a significant effect on improving the mental toughness of athlete samples.(6)Mindfulness training has improved the overall performance of synchronized swimmers.However,during the tracking phase,the analysis of the data shows a downward trend.It can be seen that the continuation of mindfulness training is lacking.Through the collation and analysis of relevant research data,the use of mindfulness training in the psychologically assisted training of synchronized swimming athletes has a positive effect,and has improved the training,competition and life of athletes,and can promote team harmony through mindfulness training.However,the performance of athletes is affected in many ways.This study seeks to provide a deeper change to the mindfulness training of synchronized swimmers through further research on mindfulness training,making it more suitable for synchronized swimming training.
