Tradition And Religion: The Research Of The Tolerance And Resistance Of Rural Women To Domestic Violence

This research focuses on the issue of domestic violence,and uses the theory of culturally recognized violence as an analytical tool.It uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the problem of domestic violence suffered by Hui women in C village,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province.The empirical investigation of the violent women in C village of Hui Autonomous Prefecture is hoped to start with the violent women in C village,mainly to explore the impact of cultural factors on domestic violence.This research conducted field investigations through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and analyzed the domestic women's cognitive response to domestic violence,the occurrence of domestic violence,and the treatment of domestic violence.The Impact of Female Concepts in Culture on Domestic Violence.This study first analyzes the response of Hui women to domestic violence,and enters the field to analyze the basic situation of the sample and the typical cases,so as to reflect the real situation of domestic violence in Hui rural areas.Secondly,it analyzes in detail the situation of domestic violence suffered by women in Village C,the cognition of domestic violence against women in violence,the main causes of domestic violence in Village C,the main types of violence,and the treatment methods of domestic violence,reflecting the objective current situation of Hui women in violence Based on this,various problems in the phenomenon of domestic violence are discovered.Finally,by analyzing the views of women in traditional and religious cultures,reflecting the impact of bicultural views on domestic violence,it was also found that in the context of bicultural pressure and the transformation of social order,the awakening of individualization and female independence consciousness made domestic violence in Hui areas There are certain social risks to the problem.This study believes that traditional and religious cultures have a significant impact on domestic violence against women in rural Hui areas.Traditional and religious cultures to a certain extent acquiesce and condone the occurrence of domestic violence in the rural areas of Hui nationality,and to some extent internalize and ignore the problem of domestic violence in rural areas of Hui nationality.How to prevent and suppress the problem of domestic violence,the author also proposed relevant countermeasures from three aspects of government,society and culture.
