Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Social Work Involving Women’s Anti-domestic Violence Service

The family is the basic unit of the society.The harmony and stability of the society must be based on the harmonious and stable families.At present,many countries in the world regard marital violence as a serious social problem.In recent years,various malignant incidents of marital violence have occurred frequently,and most of the victims are women.Addressing the increasingly complex issue of marital violence requires social work to provide relevant services and guidance.Due to the complexity of marital violence,social workers are prone to encounter various restrictions and obstacles in the process of helping service objects to deal with marital violence.Based on such background,the research will lead to a domestic abuse services by social work intervention in women as the main content,through a combination of marital violence related cases as well as the social worker interviews,analysis of the social work intervention of concrete,discusses the solution of the corresponding strategy,improve the problems appeared in the process of service,so as to alleviate the current marital violence problems,improve marital violence problems effectively,We should achieve family harmony and social harmony.This paper uses participatory observation method,semi-structured interview method,case analysis method and supplemented by literature research method to collect data.Guangzhou X institutions currently undertake the social work service station between 6,combined with the background of the social work service station and domestic abuse service counter,drawn from every social work service station 1-2domestic abuse experience has anti social worker,and in different social work station respectively collect 2-3 relatively in-depth analysis on the typical marital violence.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,this paper makes a specific analysis from the three levels of micro system,meso system and macro system,summarizes the problems encountered by women who are victims of violence in different system levels,analyzes the difficulties of social work intervening in women’s anti-domestic violence service by combining the interviews of social workers,and discusses the corresponding solutions.It is found that social workers face multiple dilemmas in anti-domestic violence service,including professional ability dilemma,professional ethics dilemma,collaborative linkage dilemma and multiple role dilemma.In the face of the above dilemma,first of all,social workers should find their own positioning;Continuously improve professional competence and accumulate practical experience;Secondly,social work organizations should strengthen professional training for social workers and provide more work support for social workers.Consolidate the experience of anti-domestic violence service and provide practical guidance to social workers.Finally,the government should improve anti-domestic violence laws and policies as soon as possible,and clarify the rights and obligations of all parties.Strengthen anti-domestic violence propaganda and raise public awareness;We will accelerate efforts to promote anti-domestic violence services and effectively address marital violence.
