With the continuous implementation of teaching reform,the application and development of innovative teaching methods in physical education research have been greatly expanded,and various new teaching methods have been applied in physical education actively,and play a good role at the same time.Feedback teaching is on the basis of information feedback,to achieve effective control,to adopt countermeasures and to achieve the expected goal.In practical research,researchers have proved their enhancement in theoretical knowledge learning,motor skill mastery and problem-solving thinking ability through various experiments.The teaching of video feedback plays an important role in physical education,and it can be timely feedback and correct for students to produce wrong movements.How to make more rational application in teaching,proceed from the actual situation of teaching and start with details,so as to form a perfect implementation plan that has not yet been deeply studied,is also the direction for further research,and provides a theoretical basis for future sports teaching.his study mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment and so on.In the experimental process,the experimental group adopted video feedback teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional mode of teaching.28 boys from grade 2016,class 1,and 2 class of Shanxi Normal University were selected as the subjects.After the experiment,the independent sample T test was carried out on the physical quality,the usual achievement,the technical achievement,the technical evaluation,the total score and so on.The teaching questionnaires were distributed to the two teaching modes,so as to provide theoretical basis for teaching experiment.The results showed;(1)video feedback teaching both in the students’ mastery of skills,and students’ physical quality,achievement,theoretical achievement,technical performance has been greatly improved,the video feedback teaching in Fosbury Flop teaching is more superior to the traditional teaching method.(2)in the formation process of students’ technical movements,it is convenient for students to grasp the technical movements quickly,to encounter errors,to timely feedback,and to rectify in time,which can better reflect thesuperiority and effectiveness of video feedback teaching in the teaching of back style high jump.(3)the experimental results and the survey found that most of the students love video feedback teaching mode,that video feedback teaching can improve their level of Fosbury,can be targeted to solve the problem(4)using video feedback teaching in Colleges and universities of Fosbury Flop teaching,can not only make the track and field teaching methods and means the more perfect,but also can promote the reform and innovation of college track and field course.(5)video feedback teaching in back style high jump teaching can not only stimulate students’ interest in sports,arouse students’ enthusiasm,but also cultivate students’ ability of independent learning,problem solving and solidarity and cooperation.This method optimizes the classroom teaching,communication between teachers and students in time,and can establish good relationship between teachers and students,and enhance the students’ ability to communicate with others.In the aspect of emotion,we should cultivate the students’ consciousness of lifelong physical education and change their outlook on life,values and world.The teaching of video feedback can improve the students’ learning efficiency,improve the teaching effect and the quality of teaching.Thus,it can be of certain value and significance to the development of track and field courses in Colleges and universities.It is suggested that teachers should combine traditional teaching with video feedback teaching,and make use of video feedback teaching to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,so as to improve students’ mastery of technical movements,improve teaching effect and teaching quality.
