In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of "Internet + education",more and more attention has been paid to modern education information."Flipped classroom + video feedback" conforms to the needs of the development of The Times."Flipped classroom + video feedback" is a closed-loop feedback teaching mode that closely combines pre-class,in-class and after-class with the support of information technology and the media of network platform under the condition of highly developed network technology.Through consulting a large number of literatures about flipped classroom and video feedback,we know that flipped classroom and video feedback teaching modes have been applied and empirically studied in various fields of physical education,and have achieved very good teaching effects.In order to further improve the teaching effect,rationally use modern educational technology,and explore the hybrid teaching mode suitable for the general swimming course in colleges and universities,this study carried out the application research of "flipped classroom + video feedback" in the general swimming course in sports colleges and universities,providing reference for the swimming teaching reform in colleges and universities.This research mainly using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as selection of guangzhou institute of physical education specialty in the common class,a total of 82 college students for the four swimming as experimental object,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,the experimental group 41 people,boy 21 people,girls 20 people;There were 41 subjects in the control group,including 21 boys and 20 girls.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopts the teaching mode of "flipped classroom + video feedback".Through the swimming teaching experiment of 24 lessons for 12 weeks,the data tested before and after the experiment are compared and analyzed,and the experimental results are as follows:1.In the 25 m breaststroke skill evaluation,the scores of boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05);In the evaluation of swimming skills for 25 m climbing,the scores of boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).In the 400-meter breaststroke,the scores of boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).2.In terms of teaching evaluation,95.2% of the students thought that the pre-class teaching guide plan and after-class video feedback carried out by the experimental group were helpful to improve the teaching effect.3.In terms of specific swimming quality,the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the experiment.The results showed that swimming course had significant difference in students’ vital capacity(P < 0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The conclusions are as follows:1.After swimming teaching experiments,it is shown that the application of "flipped classroom + video feedback" in the swimming general course of sports colleges is conducive to improving the effect of swimming teaching.2.After swimming teaching experiments,the "flipped classroom + video feedback" teaching mode helps to improve students’ learning efficiency.3.After swimming teaching experiments,there is no obvious change in the swimming quality of students in the "flipped classroom + video feedback" teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in a short period of time;in terms of lung capacity,both teaching modes can significantly improve students’ lung capacity.
