Volleyball is a cross-cutting and confrontational project.Conventional teaching methods are often used in the teaching process.The teaching activity is based on the students of the entire class.It is difficult to solve the problem that some students will not learn in middle school and completely ignores the comprehensiveness.Development leads to teachers' inefficiency in teaching.Exploring teaching methods appropriate to the background of new curriculum standards not only meets the needs of modern students for physical and mental development,but also helps different types of students get the education they should receive,so that they can Fully show yourself and improve yourself in teaching.Therefore,this article uses the “Layered Teaching Method” in volleyball teaching to overcome this deficiency.We selected 40 students from two classes of the 2016 public elective course of Kashgar University as the experimental subjects,and conducted 26 hours teaching practice.For the first time,ethnic students were selected as experimental subjects,All the students in the experiment were divided into experimental group and control group.ll the students in the experiment were divided into experimental group and control group.Two different teaching methods were applied in this volleyball teaching.The advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching methods were compared under different methods of the same teaching environment.The teaching content of the two classes is based on volleyball pass and pad technology content for experimental research.Experimental studies are mainly conducted using literature,mathematical statistics,and experimental methods.According to different levels of students,arrange different teaching contents,complete different teaching tasks,fully combine the teaching ideas of “according to students' aptitudes” with practice activities,and explore the experimental effects of layered teaching methods in public volleyball elective courses at Kashgar University,help students at different levels improve their teaching performance.The stratification of the experimental group before the experiment was based on the students' physical fitness,physical indicators,volleyball pass and pad skill levels,and all students will be divided into three levels according to test results: A(Excellent),B(Good),and C(Poor)for students,Different teaching contents are arranged for the teaching subjects and corresponding teaching methods are implemented.According to the teaching content implemented in the experiment,students should be appropriately adjusted according to their normal performance and various indicators,and be able to help students of different levels to improve on their own ability.After the experiment,all the students' physical indicators were tested after the experiment.,draw an experimental conclusion(1)Through the analysis of the test results,the use of different teaching methods in both groups is conducive to improving students' physical indicators.Performance,but in the standing long jump project boys and girls in the experimental group performance is much higher than the control group boys and girls performance,and there is a significant difference(P <0.05),and other physical indicators are not significant differences.This shows that this experiment has an effect on some of the students' physical fitness in the experimental group.(2)Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is concluded that through two different teaching methods,the students of the two groups are taught,the level of the students' volleyball skills has been correspondingly improved,the performance of the pass mat technology of the volleyball has been evaluated,and that of the experimental group boys and girls The level of volleyball technology is more obvious than that of the control group,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).It is more fully confirmed that the layered teaching method is more effective than the conventional teaching method in improving the level of volleyball technology,and has achieved remarkable results.(3)Analyze the learning motivation test results of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,and obtain the application of the layered teaching method in the physical education of colleges and universities for nationalities,which is in line with the characteristics of ethnic students' physical and mental characteristics to stimulate students' learning motivation and enhance their interest in sports.Intangible enhances student learning motivation.A comparative analysis of the learning motivations of the two groups of students before and after the experiment shows that the motivation of students in the experimental group is more obvious and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).There is a verification that the layered teaching method can improve students' learning motivation.Significant advantage.(4)The use of the layered teaching method has accelerated the process of physical education,improved the insufficiency of the conventional teaching methods,and promoted students' learning and communication.The two groups of students hold a higher attitude towards the different teaching methods adopted by teachers.They all make objective evaluations of the teaching methods of the teachers.Compared with the students of the experimental group,the teaching methods of the teachers are highly recognized,and the level of students' learning skills is affected.The influence of one's own learning motivation and teacher's teaching method has improved the teaching efficiency,and it has been verified that this method is more prominent in teaching effect than conventional teaching.
