| Mathematical writing,as a form of expression of mathematical cognitive process and mathematical thinking activity,plays an important role in mathematics learning.Complete mathematical writing process can present the formation process of knowledge,communicate the knowledge system front and back,cultivate students' good study habits,realize students' self-reflection and correction,so as to improve students' mathematics learning ability and mathematics literacy.However,during my practice in Y high school education,I found that there were problems in high school students' mathematics writing and the mathematics writing does not be given the due attention.Therefore,it is very necessary to investigate and study the mathematics writing of high school students.Through sorting out literature,this paper makes it clear that good mathematical writing should be accurate,concise,logical and normative.To carry out a questionnaire survey on the current situation of mathematics writing among the students in the three test classes of Y High School in Dalian Development Zone,based on the evaluation index of good mathematics writing,the mathematics writing materials of test students were graded synchronously.With data collection and collation,data processing and analysis using software,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The students of Y high school pay insufficient attention to mathematics writing and lack of value identity.In high school students' mind,mathematics writing bring little help to their study and thinking.Some students,in bad writing habits,think less,write quickly,never check and correct.The factors that lead to poor mathematics writing in high school students may include lack of self-awareness;bad writing habits;teachers has not been properly played the role of demonstration;Lack of individual guidance in mathematical writing.(2)The mathematics writing of Y high school students are interrelated with mathematics academic achievement.There are significant differences in students' academic achievement in mathematics for different levels of mathematics writing.There is no gender difference in students' mathematics writing level;High school students with different levels of interest in mathematics have significant differences in mathematical writing.Therefore,students can improve their math scores through mathematical writing.(3)In the teaching of solving mathematics problem,teachers and students of Y highschool are more inclined to the form of traditional blackboard;The teacher's writing basically conforms to the indicators of good mathematical writing,which should be a good demonstration for students in theory,but this role can not be fully played in high-density classrooms.Finally,combined with the research results and educational experience,four suggestions are put forward to improve students' mathematical writing ability: First,giving full play to the demonstration role of teachers should be emphasized;Second,it is necessary to cultivate good writing habits;Third,students' value recognition of mathematics writing should be strengthened;Fourth,the layout and evaluation of mathematical operations should be optimized. |
