Classical Chinese in Chinese textbooks have an important position in the textbooks of junior high schools in the two sides of the strait.However,due to differences in political,economic and backgrounds,there are significant differences in classical Chinese of Chinese texts between the mainland and Taiwan.The author chooses to use the same classical Chinese in the PEP edition and the Kangxuan edition of the textbook as the research object,and uses the comparative analysis method and the case study method to comb and compare the textbooks of the mainland and Taiwan.Starting from specific articles,we strive to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of cross-strait cultural and textbooks more intuitively,and further promote the improvement of classical Chinese teaching.This paper is divided into five parts.In the introduction part,the author introduces the reasons and significance of the research questions,Summary of the research status,the research scope and objects and the research methods.In the first chapter,the author makes a comparative study in the selection system of the same classical Chinese texts in two sets of textbooks.The comparisons are mainly from the two aspects of selection and arrangement of textbooks.In the second chapter,from the four perspectives of pre-reading,text annotation,supplementary materials after class,and illustrations,the author researches on the aid system in the two sets of textbooks.In the third chapter,the author compares and analyzes the practice system deeply in the two sets of textbooks from the three aspects,such as the number and type of exercises,expressions and writing features.The fourth chapter is based on the comparisons of the previous three chapters,the author evaluates the same classical Chinese texts,points out the advantages and disadvantages,and finally makes corresponding suggestions for the preparation of the textbooks:First,enrich the problem type of the practice system and increase the application type;Second,reasonable selection of annotations to assist students in learning classical Chinese;Third,enhance the target awareness of classical Chinese textbooks and stimulate the initiative of students.
